A52 Road Closure Between Osbournby and Newton Turnoffs

We have closed part of the A52 between the Osbournby and Newton while we recover a crane from a dyke.

We received a call reporting the incident at 11.34am today, Tuesday 22 January. No other vehicles are involved and no injuries have been reported.

We anticipate the road to be closed for a couple of hours to facilitate the safe recovery of the crane. Motorists are advised to seek alternative routes where feasible.
